Delivery Information

Delivery times and charges will differ depending on which products you order. Our team will start to work on your order as soon as we receive your payment and draft images are approved. Every order is custom made to order and delivery usually takes between ten and fourteen days from the date draft images are approved by you, this is due to how we take time to carefully print, apply Diamond Dust Glitter by hand and then wrap your Glitter Canvas in a protective packaging to ensure that there is no damage during It's transportation.

All Glitter Canvas prices are shown exclusive of postage and packaging charges,

these will be shown separately at the checkout stage before you place your order.

If you purchased multiple Glitter Canvases and your order exceeds £100 you will be provided with a free of charge tracked home delivery!

Currently We Provide Delivery To The United Kingdom Mainland ONLY!

We will notify you via the email you have registered with us during the checkout process as soon as your order has been dispatched. You will be provided with your deliveries tracking reference number. This can be up to ten days after your order date and draft images are approved by you. Please ensure you check your junk folder for emails from us, as our emails sometimes end up there! Once your order has been dispatched and you have received this email the delivery will now be with the courier. You may now track your deliveries progress using the tracking reference number provided to see the estimated delivery date and time via Track my order. Whilst the courier will attempt to deliver on three separate occasions, you have the option to divert your parcel to a friendly neighbour or other safe place if needed. If you have not received your tracking reference number after the ten working days from your order confirmation date, then please get in touch via Contact Support.

During public holidays and special occasions our estimated delivery times may be subject to change.

We will update our social media channels and our website if an increase in estimated delivery times is to be expected.
