Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 14 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 14 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

You have 14 days to post the Goods back to Us once you have requested a return. We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last 14 days
The Goods are in the original packaging

The Goods are in the same condition you received them.
You must provide proof of purchase.

The following Goods cannot be returned:
The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalised.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion. Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Gift cards cannot be refunded. 

Damaged Or Incorrect Goods

You must report the problem within 24 hours of noticing any issues. When you receive your Goods, please inspect them carefully, and contact us immediately if the Goods have internal errors or have arrived incorrectly or damaged in any way, through no fault of your own, That way, we can resolve the problem as soon as possible. The easiest way to resolve damaged or incorrect Goods is to call us on 07838339984 and then take a few photos of the damage/faults and email them to Us along with your name and order number.

 

In some instances you may need to send the Goods back to Us within 14 days of notifying Us. It is the customers responsibility to return the Goods to Us in order for Us to conduct a thorough investigation to the reported issues. We will conduct a thorough investigation to the reported issues. If we find that the products are defective as a result of our workmanship, or damaged through no fault of your own we will issue a full refund to you no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. 

 

In the event that you return any Goods to Us in accordance with this section and We can demonstrate that they were not faulty when received by you, We reserve the right to refuse to offer a refund, return the Goods to you and to claim the cost of such return postage from you.

We do not accept items returned to us without first requesting a return.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
