Refund and Returns policy
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our Diamond Dust Glitter Canvases being personalised, we generally do not accept refunds or returns. We will only give replacements on mistakes made internally, or If in the unlikely event, your order arrives incorrect or damaged in anyway that is through no fault of your own your statutory rights are not however affected. In this instance we will request that you please get in touch with us via Contact Support immediately for all the information you need on how to process a replacement. Please ensure you select and enter your specifications carefully, it is your responsibility to ensure that you check our draft previews thoroughly for mistakes etc, before you approve printing because it is extremely unlikely that we can make any changes or cancel once your order has been processed.
